What we do so you don’t have to

So frequently we hear investors say they want to invest in real estate but don’t have the time to handle everything that goes into purchasing a property. If this is you, you’re at the right place. Here is a condensed list of things Thomson Multifamily Group will cover so you can have the luxury of owning real estate without the hassle.

Acquisitions Filter.

Finding the right opportunity that is worthy of our investor’s capital and our time, and ensures success requires a certain level of time and effort. Over the last couple of years, we have fine-tuned our underwriting process, developed local relationships, and cultivated a team for the best chances of providing a maximized investment.

Due Diligence.

Once we have found a property that meets our model and standards, due diligence becomes the next hurdle that we overcome for you. This is where we do a personal audit of the investment to confirm our assumptions, enhance our proforma, business plan, and improvements, and solidify the value to intend to provide for the community.

Asset Management.

Out of everything, this is where we believe is our true competitive advantage. It is one thing to acquire property it is another to successfully and effectively execute the opportunity’s business plan. In this phase, the TMG team has surrounded themselves with some of the best in the business to ensure the operations of our investments are not only enhancing for the community but maximizes our investor’s success.
